The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bills, edits, final invoices, and monthly bill runs
• Managing and mentoring billing staff while refining workflows and best practices
• Partnering with attorneys to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing
• Overseeing electronic billing submissions and resolving complex rejections or disputes
• Producing billing reports and insights for firm leadership
