You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in legal billing
You have an Associate’s degree or higher
Confident using tools like LeanLaw, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Proactive communicator who can manage multiple priorities
Mandarin language skills are a strong plus!
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily financial recordkeeping and ensure accurate data entry in QuickBooks
Support billing operations, including expense reconciliation and pre-bill review
Generate and distribute client invoices on a consistent schedule
Track receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with attorneys on time entry accuracy
Prepare and submit invoices through LeanLaw
Provide regular reporting on billing performance and trends

Invoices are sent out promptly and accurately
Outstanding balances are monitored and reduced through timely follow-ups
Billing processes run smoothly with clear communication between finance and legal teams
