Start date ASAP. Responsibilities include invoicing, accuracy checks, electronic submissions (BillBlast), LEDES 1998B, and collaboration with attorneys and accounting staff.

Qualifikationen

• Strong legal billing experience required.
• Hands-on Aderant experience required; ideally 2–3 years.
• Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, and LEDES 1998B files.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to begin as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and process legal invoices using Aderant.
• Manage assigned billing work accurately and within deadlines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and client billing compliance.
• Prepare and submit electronic invoices, including through BillBlast.
• Work with LEDES 1998B electronic billing files.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing colleagues, and accounting staff to address questions.
• Share Aderant knowledge and assist colleagues as needed.
