Live Nation Entertainment in Houston, TX is seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant to manage the contract pipeline for sponsorships, vendors, artists, and influencers. You will draft, negotiate, and analyze contracts using AI tools, while maintaining templates and the playbook for the legal team.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, attention to detail, and comfort with DocuSign and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal secretary, or in a similar administrative role in a law firm, legal department, or professional services setting.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree is required; Paralegal certification is preferred.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without letting details slip.
• Hands on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or legal platforms.
• Familiarity with Asana, Box, DocuSign, and Zoom is preferred.
• Strong written communication and proofreading/formatting skills.
• Working knowledge of legal terminology and ability to spot potential issues in contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Willingness to work in our Houston office 5 days a week.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Front door for managing the contract pipeline in Asana and routing work to the right attorneys.
• Maintain the legal team's playbook and contract database with current templates and language.
• Manage contract execution in DocuSign and ensure final version approval.
• Organize and maintain electronic files per records policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors; communicate pipeline issues to operations.
• Assist with legal research, fact gathering, and summarizing documents.
• Help create, test, and refine AI prompts and agents for drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Use AI tools to summarize long documents and improve task efficiency while protecting confidential information.
• Identify process improvements and build templates, checklists, and workflows.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
