Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a legal assistant to join its Houston-based legal team, managing the contract pipeline for sponsorships, vendors, artists, and influencers. The role emphasizes structured workflows, accurate document handling, and AI-assisted drafting and analysis.

The candidate should bring 2+ years in a paralegal or equivalent role, a relevant degree, and familiarity with AI tools. Paralegal certification is preferred; in-office work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal secretary, or similar role
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Familiarity with Asana, Box, DocuSign, and Zoom preferred
• Strong written communication and proofreading
• Working knowledge of legal terminology and ability to spot issues in contracts
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Willingness to work in the Houston office 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for managing the contract pipeline in Asana and route work to attorneys
• Maintain the legal team's playbook and contract database with current templates and language
• Manage contract execution in DocuSign and ensure final versions are approved
• Organize and maintain electronic files according to policies
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors; escalate pipeline issues
• Assist with legal research, fact gathering, and document summaries
• Help create and refine AI prompts and prompts to support drafting and negotiating contracts
• Use AI tools responsibly to summarize documents and organize information
• Identify process improvements and build templates, checklists, workflows
• Handle confidential information with discretion
