Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Accounts Payable, preferably in the legal industry.
• Proficient with Aderant and Elite software.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large data handling.
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle AP tasks.
• Experience in check runs, processing invoices and issuing payments.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform check runs and issue payments.
• Utilize Aderant and Elite to manage financial records.
• Make ledger entries and ensure accuracy of data.
• Utilize advanced Excel to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Conduct 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receiving reports.
• Manage expenses and keep records up to date.
• Provide support to team members and other departments as needed.
