• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials preferred.
• Minimum five years in planned giving or related fundraising.
• Experience with bequests, charitable trusts, donor-advised funds, and non-cash gifts.
• Experience interfacing with attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of planned giving prospects and donors through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and relationship management.
• Develop individualized donor strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
• Conduct donor visits, presentations, and ongoing stewardship activities to strengthen engagement.
• Maintain accurate portfolio activity and donor records in CRM.
• Educate donors on planned giving options and complete gift arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliant gift administration and donor experience.
