The Fellowship is seeking a Philanthropy Advisor for Planned Giving to cultivate and steward a donor portfolio across the Western, Central/Northeast US. The role emphasizes planned gift strategies, moves management and donor-centric engagement, with a focus on expanded giving capacity.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in planned giving or related fundraising areas, plus certifications such as CFRE or CFP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in major gifts or planned giving.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in planned giving with proven fundraising track record.
• Strong ability to build relationships with a wide range of donors.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and manage donor portfolio; identify and steward prospects.
• Collaborate with Gift Planning team to plan identification, cultivation and solicitation.
• Meet with donors to assess capability and propensity for planned gifts.
• Meet individual financial goals as part of department strategy.
• Oversee trips from planning to reporting, targeting key donors.
