Compassion International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Planned Giving Officer to develop, build, and manage a high-value donor portfolio across the Western United States.

You will lead multi-year revenue strategies and craft personalized legacy giving plans that align donors’ philanthropy with Compassion's mission. The role emphasizes bequests, charitable gift annuities, trusts, and other estate-based vehicles, with travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Seven years of relevant experience in fundraising, planned giving, or estate planning.
• Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., CFRE, CAP) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain personal relationships with donors and manage a high-value portfolio.
• Lead long-term revenue growth and donor journeys with planned giving focus.
• Design and implement legacy giving strategies including bequests and trusts.
• Collaborate with donors and advisors to structure gifts that align with Compassion's policies.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
