Job summary

Maxxima is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat, resolving questions, processing orders, and handling returns and warranties.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn our LED lighting products. ERP/CRM tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in customer service or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and requests.
• Process and research orders, returns, credits, exchanges, RMAs, and warranty requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with patience and good judgment.
• Learn product line and confidently provide information and recommendations.
• Assist customers with basic to intermediate product troubleshooting and support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve customer experience.
• Adhere to established processes and quality standards.
