Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or business management.
• Sales & engineering or project management background in LED industry.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience on LED display and related peripheral equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy for business development in assigned markets and meet or exceed targets.
• Identify new accounts to sell LED products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales.
• Forecast sales and set performance goals with the team in designated markets.
• Travel with the sales team for demos and analyze customer needs and project information.
• Lead relationships with key accounts and provide technical information to win orders.
• Gather feedback from field activity for marketing, product management, and R&D teams.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly RS market summary reports.
• Host clients to visit HQ and factory in China.
• Participate in marketing events to boost brand awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
