Responsibilities

• Follow pre-defined absence management case workflows within the absence management database to classify absence management cases for further work by Integrated Disability Specialists.
• Communicate with employee via phone and e-mail to obtain additional information regarding their absence request.
• Prepare absence case notes to document case activities in compliance with standard practices and regulations.
• Provide initial troubleshooting support for employees who are having difficulty in entering an absence management case into the databse.
• Create absence management cases within the absence management databse for supervisors or employees who may be unable to do so.
• Manage all Integrated Disability Recovery Center incoming and outgoing hard copy mail including case management communications prepared by Integrated Disability Specialists
• Monitor and respond to calls left on the Integrated Disability Recovery Center group voicemail and e-mail boxes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and personal identifiable information.
