Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Leave Management Representative to support employees and managers through leave administration. You will manage cases from initiation to return-to-work, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, empathy, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, or related HR function.
• Experience managing confidential employee information and sensitive case documentation.
• Strong understanding of employment documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee leave of absence cases, including FMLA, STD, LTD, Workers' Compensation, Military Leave, PLOA, and state-specific programs.
• Guide employees through the leave process by determining eligibility, explaining policies, distributing packets, and providing updates.
• Maintain regular communication with employees, managers, HR partners, safety teams, and third-party leave administrators.
• Process and maintain leave-related records and case notes in HRIS and leave management systems.
• Accurately code time records and leave transactions per policies and regulations.
• Monitor case timelines to ensure SLAs are met and handle inquiries via email and phone.
