Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Miami to manage and analyze the company’s leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while delivering excellent associate support. You will handle data integrity, produce management reports, and collaborate with Leave vendors to optimize processes.

You will develop and update leave policies, train HR and managers, and respond to leave inquiries with precision and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• 5+ years in benefits administration, data analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leave Program Management: oversee FMLA, disability, parental, military and other leaves and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Associate communication: serve as primary contact for leave inquiries and return-to-work processes.
• Policy development and implementation: assist updates to leave policies and guidelines.
• Data integrity and reporting: reconcile data from sources, analyze leave trends and report to management.
• Compliance: stay updated on laws and best practices in employee benefits.
• Documentation: maintain confidential records for leave requests and approvals.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Training: educate HR and managers on leave policies and procedures.
• Problem resolution: handle complex leave cases with legal and HR teams.
• Benefits knowledge: strong understanding of benefit programs and industry practices.
• Analytical thinking and communication: translate data into insights and clearly explain concepts.
• Team collaboration: work with Payroll, HR, Legal and other departments.
