Responsibilities

• Administers attendance policies and bargaining agreements, coaching on lost time irregularities.
• Manages time away from work laws at all levels.
• Guides time and attendance and payroll processes across station/region.
• Analyzes lost time and ID results to spot issues and plan actions.
• Collaborates with station leadership, labor, legal, HR and others.
