Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Oxy’s leave programs and support HR Practitioners.
• Advise on terms of leave programs and applicable laws.
• Supervise and train the Senior Benefits Coordinator.
