Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related benefits administration experience.
• 5-10 years progressive experience in HR as a Benefit/Leave Administrator.
• Experience in leave of absence administration and HR consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Oxy’s leave programs.
• Supervise the Leave Administration Team.
• Advise field HR Practitioners on leave programs.
