Job summary

Yesway, Inc. is seeking a Leave Administrator to manage employee leave programs, coordinate FMLA/STD/LTD processes, and ensure compliant actions across multiple locations from our Fort Worth, Texas operation.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, collaboration with third-party administrators, and effective communication with employees and leaders. The position requires 2+ years experience in leaves/benefits coordination, knowledge of FMLA/ADA regulations, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Two years of experience coordinating leaves of absence, disability, accommodations, benefits, or similar HR programs with a multi-location employer.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and leaders regarding leave of absence programs and processes.
• Coordinate employee leave requests, including personal, medical, parental, military, bereavement, jury duty, and other company-sponsored leave programs.
• Partner with the third-party leave administrator to support employees through the FMLA/STD/LTD processes and ensure seamless communication between all parties.
• Monitor leave cases to ensure timely submission of documentation, approvals, extensions, returns to work, and case closures.
