Job summary

Cornerstone Staffing in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Leave & Accommodations Program Manager to lead and optimize leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs, serving as the internal expert on FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related regulatory requirements.

You will manage complex cases from intake through resolution, coordinate with a third-party administrator, and partner with HR, Legal, Payroll and business leaders to drive compliant, timely outcomes and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing leave of absence, ADA accommodations, disability programs, or related HR compliance.
• Expertise in FMLA, ADA, PWFA, workers' compensation, disability programs, and state leave regulations.
• Experience coordinating with TPAs and collaborating with Legal, HRBP, and business leaders on sensitive matters.
• Strong analytical, reporting, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for FMLA, ADA, PWFA, disability programs, and related regulations.
• Manage complex leave and accommodation cases from intake through resolution, including ADA processes.
• Oversee the TPA relationship, monitoring service levels, quality, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll and business leaders to evaluate cases and develop return-to-work strategies.
• Establish standardized workflows, analyze program trends, support audits, and implement improvements.
