Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator in Philadelphia to manage leasing for housing programs, ensure HUD compliance, and coordinate landlord relations. The role involves data entry, reporting, and supporting staff across Crossroads and Street2Feet programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or housing programs preferred.
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with HUD/NSPIRE/quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing for Permanent Supportive Housing and Master Leasing programs.
• Maintain participant and landlord data; track rent and renewals.
• Conduct HQS/HUD inspections coordination with authorities.
• Process Flexible Funding applications and payments; track expenditures.
• Provide monthly reports to the Director and support staff with clerical tasks.
• Maintain secure leasing files and assist with move-ins/outs.
