Job summary

Resources for Human Development in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Tenant Services Coordinator to manage leasing for a program providing permanent supportive housing for individuals with serious mental illness. The role covers rent calculations, unit inspections, landlord relations, and data reporting to HUD requirements.

You will support program participants, coordinate move-ins/outs, oversee flexible funding, and ensure compliance while working within a collaborative team focused on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field preferred.
Experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work a plus.
Housing Quality Standards or NSPIRE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with Administrative Assistant functions: answer phones, greet visitors, filing, and creating/updating spreadsheets.
Process Flexible Funding applications and maintain related spreadsheets.
Manage leasing functions for Permanent Supportive Housing and Master Leasing/Bridge Programs.
