Job summary

Two Coast Living in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise a small leasing team and drive weekly rental goals. You will greet and tour market-ready apartments, process applications and fees, and support residents through move-in.

You’ll engage prospects with strong sales skills and deliver exceptional service to current residents. This role demands scheduling flexibility and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales.
• Experience supervising others (1+ year) is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small leasing team to meet weekly goals.
• Greet and tour market-ready apartments, explain fees and the application process.
• Process applications and move-ins; support residents through move-in date.
• Engage prospects with strong sales skills and close leases while delivering service.
