Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Manager in Birmingham, AL to oversee daily leasing activities and lead a small team. The role includes greeting and touring apartments, processing applications and fees, and guiding residents through move-in and renewal processes.

You will work daytime hours with potential commissions based on property performance, supporting a stress-free rental experience for current and future residents.

Qualifications

• Two Coast Living requires three-plus years of leasing experience and supervisory responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to lead a leasing team are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small leasing team to meet weekly leasing goals by setting tactics and objectives.
• Greet and tour market-ready apartments, answer questions, and process applications and fees.
• Support residents through move-in and renewal processes to ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage prospective residents positively, building rapport and trust to secure leases and renewals.
• Set the tone for day-to-day leasing operations and provide hands-on supervision during peak periods.
