Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Leasing Manager to drive daily leasing activities and lead a small on-site team. You will oversee tours, screenings, applications, and move-ins, delivering friendly, efficient service to current and prospective residents while coordinating with management to hit weekly goals.

You bring 3+ years of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle difficult conversations, scheduling, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Treats residents with care, maintains integrity and ethics in all dealings.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality to fulfill duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clear and typo-free.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing activities and supervise a small team.
• Greet, tour, and assist applicants through the rental process.
• Process applications, collect fees, and support move-ins.
• Drive leasing traffic to hit weekly goals and renewals.
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
