Job summary

Two Coast Living in Oklahoma City is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead daily leasing activities, greet and tour prospects, and process applications and fees to ensure a smooth move-in for residents.

You will supervise a small leasing team, set weekly goals, drive traffic, and support renewals while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in residential property management with proven leasing/sales track record; at least 1 year supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing activities and support from on-site and regional management to hit weekly goals.
• Supervise a small leasing team, set tactics, and guide traffic to market-ready apartments.
• Assist prospects through the entire rental process: greeting, tours, applications, fees, and move-in.
• Support renewals and maintain high standards of service for residents.
