Job summary

Two Coast Living in Birmingham, AL is seeking an hourly Leasing Manager to direct daily leasing operations, greet prospects, tour model apartments, and process applications and fees to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will supervise a small leasing team, set weekly tactics to drive traffic, and handle renewal discussions with current residents, while staying hands-on during peak days, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of residential property management experience in leasing or sales.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily leasing activities and meet weekly leasing goals.
• Lead and mentor a small leasing team and set tactics.
• Greet and tour market-ready apartments; process applications and fees.
• Support residents through move-in and renewal processes.
