ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Leader to guide a team of leasing consultants and drive occupancy goals in a San Antonio community. This role includes handling resident ledgers, rent processing, and coordinating move-ins with a focus on exceptional resident experience.

The candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) with at least one year of leasing experience in tax-credit communities, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• At least one year of leasing experience in a tax-credit community
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing consultants and motivate the team to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post rent payments, charges, concessions and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and inspecting apartments.
• Understand property features and relate them to residents' needs.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
• Build relationships with residents through timely response to needs and concerns.
• Address service issues promptly to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and organize resident events with other teammates.
• Provide on-the-job training to leasing consultants and schedule trainings.
• Visually inspect and maintain the property daily for cleanliness.
