ResProp Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to manage tours, close leases, and coordinate move-ins while ensuring residents have an exceptional experience. You will highlight property features to meet resident needs and contribute to occupancy goals through creative marketing and responsive service.

The role requires strong sales abilities, a cheerful customer-service mindset, and familiarity with property-management software. A bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus.

Formación

• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting apartments to ensure a great move-in experience.
• Understand the property's features and align them with the prospective resident's needs.
• Create and execute marketing strategies, including online posts and outreach to drive traffic.
