RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our San Francisco location. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and lease renewals with a strong focus on customer service.

You will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and utilize Entrata Yardi and One Site for property management tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and leases.
• Prepare lease packages and move-in documents; ensure smooth move-in.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Support lease renewals and respond promptly to resident questions.
