Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Columbus, OH is seeking a Director of Leasing who will own the strategy to drive occupancy across our multifamily portfolio. You’ll set the prospect experience standards from first touch to signed lease and lead the sales leadership team through the National Sales Manager.

You’ll work at our downtown Columbus corporate office with regular travel to communities and partner meetings, leveraging data to optimize the leasing funnel and coordinating with Marketing,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of progressive sales and leasing experience in multifamily real estate.
• 3+ years in corporate or portfolio-level leasing leadership; experience leading remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set benchmarks for leasing KPIs and monitor funnel metrics.
• Guide leasing strategy for each property using funnel data.
• Oversee AI leasing tools performance and audit cadences.
• Lead national leasing initiatives and sister-selling.
• Develop partnerships with Marketing, Operations, Training and Marketing to improve the prospect experience.
• Mentor and develop the sales leadership team and build a pipeline of future leaders.
