Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Traveling Operations Manager to support multiple properties nationwide, based in Columbus, OH with 100% travel. You’ll lead operations, leasing, and financial targets while championing Coastal Ridge culture and ensuring teams have direction and tools for success.

You’ll oversee leasing, rent collections, customer service, and reporting while mentoring staff and maintaining high aesthetic and service standards across communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a multifamily property management role.
• At least one year of Property Manager experience preferred.
• Experience with Entrata or similar software systems preferred.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure community meets monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational targets.
• Oversee leasing production, marketing activities, and occupancy to maximize rental income.
• Oversee rent collections, evictions, and compliance with landlord/resident laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident retention and service requests.
