Job summary

Gates Hudson & Associates is seeking a Leasing Consultant for one of our residential communities. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and energized by sales and relationship-building.

You will greet prospects, tour communities, present apartments, and manage leads to support leasing goals. Weekend availability is required, and two or more years of leasing or related customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify needs, and professionally present the community and available apartments.
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Review notices to vacate and make every reasonable effort to retain residents.
• Answer incoming phone calls and in-person inquiries from prospects and residents.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with residents on completed maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction.
