Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to drive occupancy and revenue at our San Antonio multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

This role requires strong sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and timely follow-up. You’ll use on-site property management software to track traffic, leases, and resident data while adhering to company policies.

• Two years of leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in; coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages.
