NRP Group, a leading multifamily developer and property manager, is seeking a Leasing Specialist for one of its San Antonio properties. You will drive occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins while building strong community ties.

On-site marketing, resident retention, and exceptional customer service are central to the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions

Responsabilités

• Sales/Marketing: Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Administrative: Collect and report receipt of application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees; keep files and leasing area organized.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain courteous attitude toward customers; support resident functions and events.
• Compliance: Comply with all Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards; ensure LIHTC file compliance where applicable.
• Market: Conduct telephone market surveys and shop competitors; develop and monitor referral programs for move-ins and retention
