The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leasing or customer service experience, is professional and service-oriented, and bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. A commitment to quality and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and tours.
• Preparing and explaining lease documents for move-in.
• Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs.
• Supporting daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure readiness.
• Maintaining leasing and traffic data and meeting occupancy goals.
• Engaging residents to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participating in company training programs to grow knowledge in property management.
• Upholding high standards for customer service and resident satisfaction.
