Job summary

Francis Property Management in San Antonio is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to lease vacant apartment homes, host tours, and assist applicants through the leasing process. You will maintain CRM communications and ensure model units are ready while upholding Fair Housing laws.

This role requires excellent communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to build relationships. You’ll work as part of a team to support resident retention, marketing plans, and daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and superior level of professionalism.
• Able to build client relationships and proficiency in closing skills.
• Ability to use company software, including MS Office products, Yardi, Bluemoon.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartment homes by touring prospective residents.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process.
• Complete leasing per FPM guidelines.
• Process calls and emails in the CRM queue.
• Maintain daily functions including resident retention and marketing plans.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showing.
• Uphold Fair Housing laws through training.
• Work as part of a team to maintain community upkeep.
