Job summary

Fogelman in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant to conduct community tours, complete the leasing process, and support marketing initiatives. You will maintain positive resident relations and help drive occupancy through effective tours and timely follow-up.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in leasing, and the ability to manage lease paperwork and renewals. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with virtual and in-person tours.
• Familiarity with property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model/vacant apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available amenities and terms of lease.
• Ensures consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Processes applications for approval in compliance with policies and procedures.
• May be responsible for processing lease renewals.
• Schedules move ins and completes all lease paperwork with prospect.
• Walks all move-ins prior to the move in date to ensure readiness.
• Follow up with new residents after move in.
• Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance.
• Plans and coordinates resident events.
• Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
• Assists with all marketing duties including preparation of market surveys.
• Assists with sending out all resident notices.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adheres to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
