Job summary

Fogelman Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead property tours, qualify prospective residents, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will handle paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and support marketing activities to attract residents.

The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to work with a variety of teams in a fast-paced multifamily environment. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• One year leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with tours of properties is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents to assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects on tours and discuss units, layouts, amenities and lease terms.
• Process applications and manage lease paperwork.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure unit readiness.
• Support marketing efforts including market surveys and resident events.
• Maintain positive resident relations and follow up with new residents.
