Fogelman is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX, to conduct property tours, process applications, and maintain positive resident relations. You will execute marketing strategies and coordinate with prospects through move-in, renewals, and events.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of property management tools; a driver’s license may be required. Weekend work could be needed.

Qualificações

• 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
• Up to 1 year of related experience or training acceptable.
• Experience with virtual and in-person tours preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
• Marketing skills to execute property marketing plans via outside marketing, social media and resident events.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads tours with prospective residents and collects information to assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model and vacant apartments; discusses lease terms, layouts and amenities.
• Follows up with prospects to move the process forward.
• Processes applications for approval per policies and procedures.
• May handle lease renewals and move-ins; completes lease paperwork with prospects.
• Schedules move-ins and ensures move-in readiness; walks units prior to move-in date.
• Checks in with new residents after move-in and handles requests or issues.
• Inspects premises periodically; coordinates necessary maintenance.
• Plans and coordinates resident events; handles resident notices.
