Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Temporary Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Garden community with 284 units. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings.

The role includes on-site marketing, occupancy goals, and follow-ups; must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off, and perform background checks and screenings using on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing the lease and move-in package.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready; coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridor, communicating maintenance needs, and preparing leasing offices.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner questions and documents requests.
