Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing coordinator for the Garden community. The role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention, performing all activities related to leasing new residents and renewal processes.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/background, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining show-ready units and competitive market positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and property marketing.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and renewals.
• Familiarity with on-site management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Performs leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets and processes applications, screenings, and move-ins.
• Inspects and prepares units for showing and occupancy, coordinating with maintenance.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using online and offline channels.
• Tracks availability and leasing activity using on-site software to capture resident data.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and coordinates with renewing residents. Responds to resident concerns.
