Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional for The Legend in San Antonio, TX. You will lead community marketing, create engaging social content, generate leads, and drive traffic to the property while delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

You will conduct tours, prepare leasing documents, and maintain model units. A proactive attitude toward branding, pricing knowledge, and resident retention will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of social media as a core function for branding and lead generation.
• Ability to respond to inquiries, promote specials and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing documents and collect deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showings.
• Understand lease terms and community policies.
• Know current market pricing and amenities.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses.
• Shop local competitor communities to stay competitive.
• Develop knowledge of application information and screening processes.
• Conduct out-reach marketing at least weekly.
• Develop resident retention programs to encourage renewals.
• Organize resident and property files.
• Handle resident requests and complaints.
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents.
