Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager for The Legend in San Antonio, TX. The role oversees leasing operations, staff supervision, and daily property management to ensure efficient performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in the apartment industry, familiarity with leasing techniques and budget control. CAM certification is preferred and RealPage/LRO or OneSite experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry within a similar role.
• CAM certification is highly recommended for this position.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and OneSite or similar systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff.
• Daily property inspections.
• Responsible for the property’s leasing and showing units.
• Manage the property’s budget within company guidelines.
• Interviewing, screening and hiring of staff.
