Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.

• Show and lease apartment units with high customer service and achieve monthly quotas.
• Complete lease forms, collect deposits, and maintain accurate files.
• Maintain model/target apartments and curb appeal; process maintenance requests.
