RPM Living seeks a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations on-site at our Plano property. You will handle tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and guide move-ins while upholding Fair Housing standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Maintain an active social media presence for property visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and service requests.
