Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 320-unit garden community in Charleston. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks and move-in processes, while supporting market-driven occupancy goals.

The role includes on-site duties, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with rotating weekends, and requires driving to operate on property. Familiarity with OneSite/Yardi is preferred and prior leasing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with rental housing and local market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and process applications.
• Marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Coordinate renewals and maintain resident satisfaction.
