Avenue5 Residential is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while delivering excellent service to prospective and current residents.

Step into a role that focuses on occupancy, resident satisfaction, and teamwork with maintenance and management. A high school diploma is required, and sales or leasing experience is preferred to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are touring ready.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and lease paperwork.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out needs with maintenance.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
