Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, including greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain model units.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Assist in development of resident retention programs and community events.
• Support in showroom and market survey activities to stay competitive.
