Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist with front-office and leasing duties under the Property Manager. You will provide high-level customer service to prospective and current residents, handle tours, process rent receipts, and manage move-in tasks.

Responsibilities include answering calls, lead tracking, scheduling tours, filing, mailings, and supporting maintenance communications. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school graduate; business or trade school preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone.
• Leasing functions including lead tracking software and prospect follow-ups.
• Scheduling and completing tour appointments.
• Collects rent and writes receipts.
• Preparing move-ins (keys, move in packets, walking units).
• Assists in all mailings and general filing.
• Maintains logs of vendors and monitors supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
