Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to interface with prospective residents and manage day-to-day resident issues at the community.

Under the Community Manager, you will coordinate lease renewals and support leasing efforts while handling office administration and customer service tasks in a competitive market.

The role emphasizes Fair Housing compliance, effective communication, and teamwork to ensure smooth leasing operations and positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; active enrollment in 2- or 4-year degree program preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven customer service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• General office administration including lease and resident communications management; light cleaning of office areas.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease incl. credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Prepare lease packets and maintain files with signatures and addendums.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in and conduct final inspections.
• Follow up with residents to promote renewals and manage lease renewals.
